LNG儲罐測溫光纜是一種專門用于監(jiān)控LNG儲罐保溫層的健康狀況的一種測溫光纜。使用時，將測溫光纜布放于LNG罐體的外側(cè)和承臺上，用來測量整個罐體的珠珠巖的溫度。當珍珠巖發(fā)生沉降或塌陷時，會形成空鼓，影響其保溫效果，會在這個位置出現(xiàn)溫度異常情況，通過監(jiān)測保溫層的溫度分布情況，可以判斷出保溫層的健康狀態(tài)。保溫層空鼓會增加罐體壓力和能量損耗。
LNG storage tank temperature measuring cable is a kind of telmperature measuring cable which is specially used to monitor the health of the insulation layer of LNG storage tank. We installthe sensor cable on the outside and the platform of the LNG tank to measure the temperature of the pearlite of the whole tank. W/hen perlite falls or collapses, empty will be formed, which will affect its insulation effect. Temperature anomalies will occur atthis position. By monitoring the temperature distribution of the insulation layer, the health status of the insulation layer can be judged. Empty in insulation layer will increase tank pressure and energy loss.
